HormoneSynergy Service Options
If you are a new patient you must arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first appointment with your completed Patient Handbook; or mail/fax an initialed and signed copy to our office prior to your appointment. If you have not read, initialed, and signed this patient handbook and new patient forms, you must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to your first appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Initial consultations are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes; all of your time is spent personally with Dr. Retzler.
